What the client asked for:

GameServers, the largest game server provider in the world, wanted an application to allow their customers to manage their game server on the move.
They also wanted integration with their existing support ticket system, so clients can access the support system on the go – further improving their reputation for having the best technical support in the business.

What we did:

Using their API specification, we hand-built the iPhone application to interface directly with their existing database as well as, ensuring security and privacy of everyone that uses it.

The application was tested against multiple versions of iOS, making sure that everyone possible can use the application. The app has been a huge hit with customers, allowing them to administrate their server even if they’re on the road.
